Since 2007 she has served as an adjudicator on the TV talent show Britain's Got Talent on ITV. On weekdays in the morning she hosts Heart Breakfast radio with Jamie Theakston. Holden was born in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent most of her youth in Bishop's Waltham. At nine she joined the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden was also on TV in three series of Kiss Me Kate, starring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham. Holden was also participant in three ITV series The Grimleys and Celeb with Harry Enfield episodes. A Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple episode "4.50 From Paddington" with Geraldine McEwan as well as John Hannah. Co-starring with Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Holden is an judge on Britain's Got Talent along with Simon Cowell, David Walliams, and Alesha Dixon. She was a judge on Britain's Got Talent between 2006 to 2006.
